Although I haven't been working for a long time, I have experienced a different understanding in my short working years.
- The competition in the work environment is fierce, even to the point of life and death. Don't talk about personal relationships, there are no personal relationships here, only interests.
- Hard work does not necessarily mean more rewards. As a tool, your hard work only increases the boss's gains, while your own gains remain unchanged, and sometimes even less than those who "cry". So don't worry about unnecessary things, especially don't worry for the bosses.
- It is necessary to make demands at the right time. The saying "suffering is a blessing" may be useful, but most of the time it is not. Let those who like to suffer always suffer, maybe that's the unwritten rule of the workplace. "Villainy is the pass of villains, nobility is the epitaph of the noble."
- Even people who are usually familiar may betray you for various selfish reasons. "Power is a good thing", this statement is not only targeted at those in high positions, in fact, any tiny bit of power can give people a great sense of achievement. Therefore, do not underestimate the "distortion of human nature" that power may bring.
- Investing in oneself is the most worthwhile. Combining with point 2, don't worry for the bosses, think more about whether you can develop side businesses to improve your abilities and increase your income.
In the past, I used to think of the phrase "I always appear incompatible with you because I'm not perverted enough" as just a joke, but now it seems that this is the harsh reality.
In the context of China, perhaps only shameless people can thrive, while being honest and sincere can only make one a fool in the eyes of others. It doesn't matter whether you work hard or not, the important thing is to get the money in your hands.
